The mill offers German classics such as schnitzel and pork knuckle, but also sophisticated seasonal dishes such as mushroom / pumpkin or pepper dishes at this time of the year. The menu is varied and there is definitely something for everyone What I really liked is that everything was freshly prepared and you could taste this freshness. The medallions were nicely seared and really juicy on the inside, that's exactly how it should be! In most cases, however, many lockets are just plain tough. The salad was incredibly delicious and also freshly cut here. The mayonnaise for the fries was also homemade, which was really delicious with the fries. The sauce with the mushrooms was just a real feast for the palate. You could tell that everything was lovingly prepared. The conditions were friendly, competent and not intrusive. Alternatives are set up, but that gives it a certain charm.
